We are seeking a hands-on Workplace Solutions Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing Workplace Solutions team supporting a dynamic New York City office. This role oversees a team of six and is responsible for delivering seamless workplace services across four large office floors, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for internal clients.
Compensation: $85,000Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations- Oversee daily operations of a Workplace Solutions team, including Concierge staff, a Print Associate, and an Office Services Associate
- Ensure all service requests are managed efficiently and meet established service standards
- Maintain oversight of the shared workplace services inbox to ensure timely, high-quality responses
- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to team members; escalate performance concerns as needed
- Coordinate team coverage for absences and scheduling changes
Workplace Services & Hospitality- Coordinate conference room logistics, meeting support, and catering orders
- Support vendor sourcing and assist with planning workplace events
- Conduct routine floor walks to ensure shared spaces, business centers, and workplace areas are maintained to a high standard
- Ensure pantry and office supply areas are consistently stocked and organized
- Monitor print production requests and ensure quality and timeliness
Workplace Coordination- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup
- Coordinate seat assignments and maintain basic floor plan updates
- Assist with internal moves and workspace adjustments
- Manage access requests, including access cards and general workplace entry needs
Administrative & Operational Support- Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools using Excel
- Manage timecard tracking and approvals for onsite team members
- Address day-to-day operational issues while maintaining service continuity
- Communicate regularly with leadership on site operations and emerging needs
- Partner with building management and external vendors to support workplace operations
Qualifications- Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or office services leadership
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
