About the Role

This position will be responsible for the operations of our US sites, acting as the local point of contact for Workplace Solutions and ensuring that global standards and guides - developed by our Global team in Brazil - are properly followed and executed locally.
You'll be Responsible for
  • Support facilities management provider(s), helping ensure the execution of contracts and providers for services including maintenance, parking, cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, utilities, waste management, etc.
  • Ensure processes are executed in a consistent manner, following global standards and guides. Support the optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.)
  • Collaborate with function line teams (Real Estate, IT, Security, Safety) on projects and programs delivered locally.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency within the US offices, escalating and aligning with Global/LatAm leadership.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for the services provided locally.
  • Help ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, and facilities standards.
  • Support the development and monitoring of the local expense budget, with analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate technical scope within local contracts and proposals, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and flag deviations from global standards.
  • Support crisis management, contingencies and emergency plans locally.
  • Gather feedback and data to continuously improve space usability, comfort, and employee satisfaction, feeding it back to the Global team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
