Role summary

You'll lead workplace change and relocation projects for MovePlan's growing client base across financial services, media & tech, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. Taking a consulting-led approach, you'll partner with the other MovePlan staff to lead projects and support clients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projects that are grounded in industry best practices.

You'll take ownership of project outcomes end-to-end, independently driving deliverables from project set-up through implementation and close-out. This includes stepping into active projects when needed, anticipating what comes next, and taking initiative to keep work moving without waiting for detailed direction.

You'll work in a hybrid capacity, balancing on-site requirements with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travel within and outside of this region.

You'll be part of a team of MovePlan individuals who are committed to delivering high quality, value-added services and outputs to our clients.

You'll support business growth by creating meaningful relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new accounts.

  • Escalating issues with clear context, options, and recommended next steps when leadership or client decisions are required

Quality, Analysis & Project Controls
  • Taking ownership of the accuracy, completeness, and quality of project data, documentation, analysis, reporting, and client deliverables
  • Maintaining effective project controls and ensuring project information remains current and reliable
