  • Process & Program Development: Design and implement scalable workplace policies, documentation, and operational workflows to support a growing team.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related issues and emergencies, including after-hours response when necessary.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Experience: 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Operational Depth: Demonstrated experience owning day-to-day office operations and supporting office growth or expansion initiatives.
  • Fiscal & Vendor Management: Strong background in facilities oversight and managing budgets to identify operational efficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
  • Mindset: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ownership and follow-through.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable making sound decisions and operating independently within a dynamic, evolving environment.
