Full Job Description
Position Title: WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Pay Grade: 12

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary

The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for managing a team of 4 people in the Newark office and 3 Office Managers in New York, Los Angeles and Boston. The role is responsible for the leadership of the day-to-day activities including mailroom/copy centers, hospitality, facilities monitoring, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities
• Lead by example, delegate, and build strong relationships with associates and clients
• Manage and provide direction to on-site team in all aspects of mailroom and office services
• Oversee the process of all shipments, mailings, and messenger pick-ups
• Serve as unequivocal leader of the Workplace Solutions program
• Respond to requests in a timely manner and extend outstanding customer service to all internal/external customers and clients
• Collect and maintain records of metrics related to volumes and time and motion studies
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and planning for both client and EverSource operations
• Serve as client's main point of contact, host regular client meetings, and review metrics data related to essential job functions
• Produce client invoicing and maintain records related to supplemental billing in a timely and accurate manner
• Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges
• Oversee physical appearance of all serviceable areas of the site including: conference rooms, pantries, studio rooms, lobbies, copy centers, office services, supplies, etc.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering
• Submit work orders related to facilities monitoring such as light bulb replacements, temperature requests, and general office upkeep requests
• Manages lost and found program
• Provides leadership in emergency protocols
• Manages client locker program
• Provides leadership in visitor tours initiative
• Contributes to the operation of the employee shuttle program
• Maintain documented procedures for all ESFM processes and responsibilities
• Gain a full understanding for the utilization of Compass Group systems and applications
• Adhere to procedures and guidelines to remain compliant with all ESFM and Compass Group standards
• Responsible for cross-training all on-site associates and participating in on-going training programs
• Capture and manage employee time and PTO schedule
• Supervise dress code policy and provide guidance where needed
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as needed
