About the Role:CBRE is seeking a Workplace Designer to support the client's Global Design & Projects Team. This role is responsible for shaping the physical environments where employees collaborate, create, and innovate. As a member of the Team, you will develop and execute interior design solutions for workplace spaces - from concept through construction - ensuring they reflect the client's culture, support diverse work styles, and meet the evolving needs of the teams.
The position is hybrid and will be based at the client office (Seattle, Redmond, and/or Bellevue).
What You'll Do: - Space Planning & Design: Develop interior layouts, space plans, and design concepts for new builds, renovations, and reconfigurations of Meta office spaces
- Design Development: Create detailed design packages including material selections, finish palettes, furniture specifications, and custom millwork drawings
- Project Coordination: Partner with architects, engineers, project managers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Standards & Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain workplace design standards, ensuring consistency across the global portfolio
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Real Estate,
- Workplace Experience, Technology, and business teams) to understand needs and translate them into effective design solutions
- Documentation: Produce design presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and construction documents for review and approval
- Site Visits: Conduct site surveys, punch walks, and installation oversight to ensure design intent is carried through to completion
- Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles and materials into workplace projects in alignment with Meta's environmental goals
- Furniture & FF&E: Select, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for workplace projects
- Trend Research: Stay current with workplace design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to inform innovative design solutions
What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in corporate/workplace environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with space planning and furniture systems
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with large-scale tech or corporate campus environments
- Familiarity with WELL Building Standard and/or LEED certification
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools (Enscape, V-Ray, or similar)
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and building codes
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones

Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
