Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant of Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
  • Assess current-state logistics, inventory, and working capital fund processes to identify process, data, system, and control gaps.
  • Design and document future-state logistics processes and internal controls that address audit findings and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze inventory and logistics data to identify root causes of accuracy, completeness, transaction integrity, reconciliation, and reporting issues.
  • Translate operational and control requirements into process maps, standard operating procedures, control narratives, risk-and-control matrices, desk procedures, and remediation plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and define sustainable control activities, ownership models, evidence requirements, and monitoring approaches.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, audit, information technology, data, and business systems stakeholders to drive cross-functional remediation.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 5+ years experience in a combination of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, federal operations, internal controls and/or audit remediation.
  • 2+ years of experience with working capital fund systems, processes, and operational challenges in a federal logistics environment.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, documenting, and improving logistics processes and internal controls to address audit gaps.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dayton, OH 3-4 days per week
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting integrated program execution in a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Experience supporting reviews, assessments, and governance activities related to supply and materiel management
