As a Workforce Strategy & Talent Development Director, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing critical business decisions, driving global workforce transformation, strengthening leadership capability, and delivering people strategies that accelerate business performance. You'll lead workforce planning, organization design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives while tackling complex challenges and delivering meaningful, measurable business impact.
This is an individual contributor role requiring five days per week onsite, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organization.
What You Will Do- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational needs.
- Lead global workforce planning, organization design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide executive coaching, consultation, and trusted counsel to leaders, influencing decisions and constructively challenging thinking when needed.
- Drive organizational transformation and change initiatives from planning through execution.
- Use workforce and talent analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead complex, cross-functional people initiatives with strong program and stakeholder management discipline.
- Drive alignment and consistency on function-specific priorities and global HR programs across all regions.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services, to deliver integrated solutions and talent advisory to business leaders.
