Your Role on the TeamThe Workforce Planning Analyst supports both the execution and evolution of workforce planning activities across the organization. This role combines data analysis, position control oversight, and contingent labor monitoring with participation in workforce planning, organizational design, and staffing strategy initiatives. Assumes responsibility in the following areas:

• Workforce Planning & Staffing Analysis

• Contingent Labor Monitoring & Analysis
• Workforce Reporting & Decision Support
• Stakeholder Support & Consultation
The incumbent partners with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, and operational/departmental/school leaders to ensure workforce data integrity while contributing to workforce planning efforts such as organizational design, reorganization support, staffing model development, and strike preparedness planning. The position routinely analyzes and prepares sensitive workforce data used to support labor relations activities, collective bargaining preparation, strike contingency planning, workforce deployment strategies, and other organizational decision-making processes. Due to regular access to confidential labor relations information and workforce data used in management decision-making, the position is expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Independently uses skills as an experienced organizational development and effectiveness professional with a full understanding of organizational consulting practices within medium to large, complex departments, divisions, schools and colleges to resolve a wide variety of organizational consulting issues and situations. Is proficient in identification and resolution of moderate to complex organizational issues. Works on strategic organizational consulting issues that are diverse in scope, where analysis of situations requires evaluation of various factors. Normally receives little instruction on planning, researching, and resolving organizational effectiveness issues, with general instructions and guidance provided on new assignments and / or more unique situations including strategic planning. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

- xperience supporting reorganizations or structural changes.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR operations, HR analytics, or a related field
Preferred:- Advanced Excel / data tools (Power Query, dashboards, etc.)
Special Conditions:- This position may be required to report at different work sites including Irvine, Orange, and other locations. The incumbent must be able to provide their own means of transportation to/from work locations.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $90,600 - $109,550 (Annual).
