Job DescriptionThis position is essential for coordinating and delivering analytical support to various assignments, particularly those focused on enhancing operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce enablement. The role is closely involved in initiatives led by the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), including those tied to the veteran donation program.
The analyst collaborates with business leaders, CAO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to research, analyze, implement, and monitor products, services, and internal programs. By translating data and research findings into actionable insights, the analyst supports effective execution and decision-making. Additionally, the role offers expertise and leadership throughout the development, implementation, and post-implementation review of major initiatives.
As both a technical expert and project leader, the analyst plays a key part in developing and instilling major projects and programs. They interface with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule, aligning outcomes with user needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

- Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
