As a Workforce Acceleration Senior Associate, you will help RSM improve how roles, teams, and workforce processes are designed and managed. You will work with Talent, business teams, and technology enablement partners to gather information, analyze data, coordinate project work, track requests, and help turn workforce ideas into practical next steps. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, curious, analytical, and comfortable following work through from request to completion.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, organization design, and role clarity projects through research, analysis, and project coordination.
- Gather, organize, and review workforce and organization data to support decisions.
- Create reports, presentations, summaries, and other materials that explain findings and recommendations.
- Help prepare for meetings, workshops, and project discussions, and capture next steps.
- Assist with workforce planning, position management, organization design, job design, and skills-related work.
- Help create tools, templates, guides, and process documents that make the work easier to repeat and use.
- Track project tasks, tickets, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups to keep work moving and ensure items are completed.
- Coordinate with technology enablement partners to submit requests, provide needed documentation, answer questions, and monitor progress.
- Prepare and submit files, templates, intake forms, and other materials needed to support system updates, reporting, or process changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in HR, workforce planning, workforce analytics, business analysis, consulting, project coordination, or similar work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent, organization design, HR, or related project work.
- Experience working with workforce data, reporting, analytics, file submissions, process documentation, or business documentation.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, including technology or enablement partners, to move projects to completion.
- Experience using Workday or similar HR systems, platforms, or software.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
