Workers' Compensation Claim SupervisorLocation: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid schedule after initial trainingSchedule: 8:00 am - 4:30pm (MST)Salary Range: $90,000 - $98,000
Job Summary The Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned claims. This position serves as the dedicated claim supervisor for a single municipal account, providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to a team of approximately 4–5 claims professionals supporting the account. This position may be used as an advanced training position for consideration for promotion to a management position. The incumbent is accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and in accordance with Corporate Claim Standards, while ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance for the dedicated municipal program.Responsibilities

10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong understanding of Arizona Workers’ Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in Arizona
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of entry- and mid-level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Reliable attendance during established client service hours for the Phoenix, AZ branch office.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry certifications such as Arizona ICA Adjuster Certification, or the ability to obtain it.
Experience supporting Municipal accounts.
