We're seeking an Workday IT Business Analyst to act as a key partner between IT and HR, supporting and driving all Workday-related initiatives. This role will work closely with HR leadership to deliver system enhancements, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and HR for Workday initiatives
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Drive Workday projects, enhancements, and integrations
- Partner with HRIS, HR leadership, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Facilitate testing (UAT) and support ongoing system operations
- Identify process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and outcomes
Qualifications- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting HR systems
- Hands-on experience with Workday (implementation, support, or enhancements)
- Proven ability to partner with HR stakeholders and drive project deliverables
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have- Experience with Workday modules (Comp, Benefits, Core HCM)
- Background in HRIS, reporting, or integrations
Compensation: $100,000-110,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
