Role Overview:

The Workday Functional Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards leaders, providing deep expertise in Workday Talent & Learning modules. This role involves driving product strategy, solution design, and innovation, with a focus on simplifying and scaling processes, designing end-to-end employee journeys, and configuring Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards leaders.
  • Provide deep expertise in Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning management & experience platforms.
  • Challenge and guide business stakeholders toward simplified, scalable processes.
  • Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy, building roadmaps aligned to skills-based organization, career development, and internal mobility.
  • Lead prototyping and iterative solution design, partnering with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions and integrate with external platforms.
  • Drive AI-powered skill inference, personalized learning journeys, talent insights, and workforce planning inputs.
  • Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Core HR & Recruiting product portfolio, defining roadmaps across the Hire, Onboard, Manage, Exit lifecycle.
  • Redesign employee journeys focusing on hiring manager experience, candidate experience, and employee lifecycle events, driving self-service and automation.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, security models, and integration standards.

Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Workday Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning management & experience platforms.
  • Experience in Business Process setup.
