Role Overview:The Workday Functional Analyst will play a key role in supporting P&O technology to drive an exceptional employee experience. This role involves working with both the IT HRIS support team and P&O stakeholders with the primary goal of understanding business processes, data integrity, workflows, and information requirements of the users, focusing on delivering high-value IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports configuration and functional enhancement execution for Workday CORE HCM, Reporting, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Contingent Workers, Core and Advanced Compensation, and Projects and other HR Systems.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to manage business needs including analyzing root causes of issues or challenges prior to problem-solving, resolving incidents, managing business changes, incident triage, bug research, customer escalations, scenario re-creation, and process documentation.
- Effectively gathers, elaborates on, and communicates requirements and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively takes ownership and drives work and projects to completion.
- Manages Tier 1/BAU Service Now ticket triaging.
Required Skills:- Workday HCM Core Functional expertise.
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday modules such as CORE HCM, Absence, Timekeeping, Projects, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting, as well as reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in the HRIS field with exposure to and support of various HR-related systems.
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS IT customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment.
Qualifications:- 4-6 Years of experience required.
