In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience
• Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes and reports, suggest best practices.
• Hands on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects
• Should have experience in ERP Finance modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, payment, etc)
• Should have experience on Workday Accounting Center.
• Should have experience in implementing IT/business solution in Workday cloud building integrations, reports, and customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects
• Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Expertise and responsible for providing consulting service to support all aspects of Workday Cloud systems implementation including business flow understanding and documenting
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode and experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
