Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday experience, focusing on data migration and testing.
• Expertise in Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Strong leadership experience in managing testing teams and coordinating onshore/offshore efforts.
• Significant experience in leading large client migrations during Workday Phase 0 projects.
• Proficiency in Workday functional automation testing using tools like Kainos Smart Test or Opkey.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday testing efforts across multiple modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Define and implement robust testing strategies, plans, and scripts for the migration project.
• Conduct various types of testing including functional, integration, and regression.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing with project objectives.
• Identify defects, manage resolution, and mitigate test-related risks effectively.
• Provide regular updates on testing status to both stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior testers to promote quality and consistent practices across the team.
