Job Title: Workday Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled
Workday Consultant to implement, configure, enhance, and support Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other Workday modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Financials, or Benefits.
- Design and configure business processes, security roles, organizations, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and custom objects.
- Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Perform data conversion, migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and provide end-user training.
- Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience implementing or supporting Workday.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules:

- Recruiting

- Time Tracking & Absence
- Financial Management
- Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and Security.
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications: - Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, etc.).
- Experience with Workday Extend is a plus.
- Knowledge of HRIS, ERP, or Payroll systems.
- Experience with integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms is an advantage.
