Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday HCM and related modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and ensure smooth system performance. The consultant will support implementations, integrations, data loads, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support while maintaining data accuracy, security, and system compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Work on Workday integrations, data loads, and system updates.
• Support end-to-end Workday deployments and system enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system compliance.
• Support Workday reporting and integration activities as required.
Required Qualifications
• 3-8 years of experience in Workday implementation or support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including one or more of Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, or Payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and integrations, including EIB, Studio, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with global or enterprise-level Workday implementations.
Certifications
• Workday certification is an advantage.
