Job Summary
The Workday Architect will be responsible for designing and supporting Workday solutions, with a strong focus on Workday architecture and Human Capital Management (HCM). The role will provide technical and functional guidance across Workday modules, support solution design and integration, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Workday architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and expertise across Workday HCM.
• Support solution design and implementation across Workday modules and business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Workday professionals to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Provide guidance on Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and overall solution architecture.
• Evaluate existing Workday solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Support architecture decisions and ensure Workday solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
