Full Job Description
Optimize Tri-State's various Work Management Applications including Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) and Field Service (OFS) systems. Maintain the consistent application of these systems across various business units and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of asset and field service operations. Note: There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Work and Asset Services Analyst I, job grade 7; Work and Asset Services Analyst II, job grade 8, Work and Asset Services Analyst III, job grade 9; or Senior Work and Asset Services Analyst, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire. Senior Work and Asset Services Analyst Hiring Salary Range: $109,000-139,000 Work and Asset Services Analyst III Hiring Salary Range: $98,000-$124,000 Work and Asset Services Analyst II Hiring Salary Range: $88,000-$111,000 Work and Asset Services Analyst I Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$99,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Responsibilities 34 Develop processes for data entry and regular audits of WACS data to ensure accuracy and quality within the system. 34 Support OFS and Work Planning to optimize field crew scheduling, dispatching, and routing. 34 Create Work Requests, Work Orders, Activities for Capital Projects against Equipment Assets and/or locations, work with various departments to determine needs for Fixed Assets 34 Create and Maintain the Assets along with the associated relational objects and configuration needs within WACS 34 Collaborate with various departments having systems and other tools that interface into WACS, 34 Collaborate with technicians and management to create, manage and/or support crew scheduling, work order processing, work order closeouts, maintenance specifications, templates and other software objects 34 Provide training for Work Management Application End Users in their specific business processes 34 Perform analysis of maintenance activities in cooperation with management and provide recommendations for improvements and/or cost benefits 34 Develop processes for regular reviews and enhancements of Work Management Applications 34 Support Cloud updates and review any impacts to work management systems and processes 34 Administer the necessary work management applications for user roles, system set ups, standardization of forms, assets, service histories, object relationships 34 Provide support to all applicable Tri-State Business Units. 34 Create reports and dashboards to aid in providing robust project reporting and analytics. 34 Retain applicable compliance records, including maintenance histories, inspections, and certifications. 34 Recommend strategies for best practices related to asset management and field services optimizations. 34 Engage with industry groups as necessary for insights on best practices, technological advances, and regulatory updates. 34 Comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and requirements for functional areas. 34 Support NERC/WECC compliance, ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and reliability standards, and stay informed about evolving industry regulations. 34 Embody and promote a work ethic of ownership, dedication, and consistency, setting an exemplary standard in regularity, reliability, and adherence to the highest professional standards 34 Because Tri-State is an electric utility with continuous service obligations to its customers, regular, reliable, and predictable performance of the essential functions and responsibilities is an essential function of the job. 34 Because Tri-State must provide continuous, reliable electric service to its customers, the ability to work overtime at any time of the day or week is considered an essential function of the job. Due to the implementation of the new work management applications, it may require extensive travel (up to 50%) initially to provide training to employees stationed at remote offices. Possession of a valid drivers license is required.
