Role Overview We are looking for a
WordPress Website Performance Expert with a strong focus on
Core Web Vitals and advanced caching strategies. This role is centered on improving website speed, stability, and responsiveness across all devices while maintaining a seamless user experience within the WordPress environment.
You will be responsible for identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks across front-end, back-end, and server levels, optimizing WordPress themes and plugins, and turning performance insights into practical improvements. The idealcandidate brings hands-on experience with WordPress debugging and performance tuning, familiarity with tools such as WP Rocket and Redis/server-side caching, and a working understanding of AWS resources.
Key Responsibilities - Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to improve real-world user experience
- Optimize WordPress themes, and plugins (Custom or Pre-Built)
- Experience in auditing and improving website performance
Qualifications - Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress for debugging and performance tuning
- Some understanding of AWS and its resources.
- Hands-on experience with caching tools such as:
o WP Rocket
o Redis / server-side caching
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements

- Passed all Google Core Web Vitals Checks
