Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our established and growing Women's Health practice in Bangor, Maine.

About This Role:
• Join a collaborative team of eleven physicians, two certified nurse midwives, three nurse practitioners and exceptional support staff.
• Outpatient office is located on the hospital campus allowing for efficient workflow between the office, ORs, and Labor & Delivery
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in speculum exams, IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon, colposcopies and be familiar with pessaries. Proficiency in pregnancy care is desired but not required.
• Enjoy a 4-day work schedule for exceptional work/life balance.

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411-bed tertiary care center and an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center. We provide routine and high-risk OB/GYN services and surgery, and work closely with MFM specialists caring for high-risk OB referrals. We're a Center of Excellence in robotic surgery and our robotic-assisted surgery program is strongly supported by the hospital. Modern facilities include a Women & Infants unit with 25 private patient rooms, 6 labor and delivery suites, and two state-of-the-art OB/GYN surgical suites.
