Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of automotive product development experience.
• 2+ years in technical or program leadership roles.
• Experience with low- and high-voltage wiring harness systems across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams, including performance management and mentorship.
• Manufacturing interface experience required.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle and station reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assemble data-driven GEMBA agendas for quality reviews.
• Conduct quality station assessments at various plants and coordinate with engineering and supplier teams.
• Attend global meetings as the North America lead and provide KPI report outs.
• Act as the CCP lead for wiring harness issues on a global scale.
• Serve as a liaison to the Wire Harness Core Team for best practices.
• Manage interactions with the Warranty Acceleration Team for issue resolution.
• Sponsor and track North America Harness DFSS projects, ensuring timely reporting and coordination.
• Facilitate lessons learned discussions to drive quality improvements.
• Coordinate sourcing meetings and align with purchasing teams.
