Work You'll Do

Support and manage Windows operating systems and servers across the enterprise. Responsibilities include:
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
  • Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates
  • Implementing backup and recovery strategies
  • Monitoring system performance and automating tasks with PowerShell

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Windows systems administration experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management,
  • Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg
  • Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Preferred:
  • Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP+, CISSP
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Experience working with developers, project managers, and end users
