Role Overview:Must-HaveStandard Software Image Build and Deployment Conduct deployment testing to verify that images can be deployed successfully and operate with standard software and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct installations| moves| adds| changes| end user assigned assets and mobility devices in coordination with End Users and in accordance with the procedures of Service Request Management and Configuration Management procedures.
- Deploy| configure| and test systems using standard image deployment procedures with standard software and hardware to attend specific Service Requests.
- Provide basic End User or technical staff orientation as needed when installing a new WVD| end user equipment mobility device.
- Coordinate warranty repairreplacement service for computer equipment.
- Perform warranty repairs and claims as applicable and specified by equipment manufacturers certification.
- Perform machine| software maintenance| repair| and installation of desktops| laptops| monitors| mobile devices| and peripherals.
