Sales Manager - Western Region, Airborne Public Safety & ISR

At Teledyne FLIR Defense-part of Teledyne Technologies, serving critical defence and public safety missions-you'll help bring advanced sensing and unmanned solutions to those who rely on them most. From airborne law enforcement to firefighting and ISR, our technologies support life-saving decisions in complex environments. You'll drive growth across the Western U.S., partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that matter-on time and with measurable results.

What you'll do
  • Own regional revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets

  • Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting to contract execution
  • Serve as primary customer contact and strategic advisor
  • Translate technical solutions into clear customer value
  • Identify and capture new programmes and long-term opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline discipline in CRM
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements
  • Represent Teledyne at customer sites and industry events
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
