Well Servicing Liaison IV- Seminole, TX Position Summary The Well Servicing Liaison IV is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily well workover and intervention operations across assigned field locations. This senior-level role acts as the primary field liaison between operations, contractors, engineering teams, production personnel, and service providers to ensure workover activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Oxy operational standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive oil and gas field experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workover operations simultaneously while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee daily workover and well servicing operations for assigned assets and rigs • Serve as the primary field contact between Oxy operations teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel • Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in the field • Ensure all workover activities comply with Oxy safety, environmental, and regulatory standards • Review daily reports, operational data, and job progress to ensure objectives are met • Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for rigs, equipment, personnel, and materials • Verify work is completed according to approved procedures, engineering recommendations, and production goals • Conduct field audits, safety observations, and site inspections • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation when needed • Monitor costs associated with workover activities and identify opportunities for operational savings • Maintain effective communication with production, engineering, regulatory, and supply chain teams • Ensure accurate documentation of field operations, contractor activities, and daily operational reports • Mentor junior field personnel and provide operational guidance when necessary Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • 8+ years of oil and gas operations experience required • 5+ years of direct workover, completions, production, or well servicing experience preferred • Strong knowledge of workover operations, artificial lift systems, well integrity, and production equipment • Experience coordinating field contractors and service companies • Working knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry best practices • Ability to read and interpret well schematics, operational procedures, and technical reports • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record • Ability to travel between field locations as needed Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in the Permian Basin preferred • Prior experience supporting large-scale production operations • Strong understanding of production optimization and well intervention strategies • Experience with budget tracking and cost control initiatives Working Conditions • Primarily field-based role in active oil and gas operating environments • Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment • Ability to work extended hours, rotating schedules, weekends, and on-cal
