Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver | 100% Touch Freight | 34-Hour Reset We're hiring Class A CDL drivers to run dedicated retail routes across the Northeast. You'll get weekly 34-hour resets, an impressive $1.90 all-in average pay per mile, and access to multiple weekly bonuses, including a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus and our limited-time Summer Retention Bonus.
Pay & Financial Highlights- Weekly Average: $1,600 to $1,850 per week
- Top Performers: Earning $2,500+ every week (Annual potential around $104,000)
- All-In Average Rate: ~$1.90 per mile (including mileage + extra pay)
- Trailer Unload Pay: $240 per fully unloaded trailer
- Backhaul Pay: $75 per backhaul
- Borough Pay: $250 extra for qualifying deliveries (using 26' pup trailers)
- Paid Orientation / Training: $150/day (1 to 3 days ride-along training)

- Eligibility Rules: Must be fully trained, onboarded, and actively pulling loads by July 27. Must be actively employed on payout dates. (Note: Shop/maintenance time does not count toward the weekly bonus).
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Earn an extra $2,500 paid out over your first 180 days ($250 after 1st load; $250 each at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at 90 days; $750 at 180 days). Must be actively employed when each payout is issued.
What the Job Looks Like- Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset (weekends aren't guaranteed)
- Workload: Averaging 900 miles and 3 loads per week
- Freight Handling: 100% touch freight doing live unloads with roller ramps
- Primary Delivery Area: Dedicated runs throughout CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME
- Equipment & Parking: Secure parking required for truck/trailer
Schedule & Shift Info- Night driving is required for these runs
- Weekend and holiday routes are part of the standard schedule
- Immediate Dispatch: You will dispatch directly to Windsor, CT for training right after orientation
What We're Looking For- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience in the last 36 months
- Physical capability to unload freight using roller systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record (MVR) and background check
- Must bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation
