Are you wanting to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing Company? Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead highway and bridge construction projects through completion, taking ownership of the project P&L and overall project success. You will maintain a strong "Safety First" mindset, manage field personnel, oversee daily activities, and build positive communication with client representatives to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of heavy civil projects.


  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, and financial performance.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, partners, and executive stakeholders.


  • Lead project planning, procurement, contracting, risk management, and execution strategies.


  • Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and contractual requirements.


  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.


  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans.


  • Deliver regular project performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.


  • Provide executive oversight of project safety, quality, and environmental compliance objectives.


Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field


  • 7+ years of project management experience, including heavy civil projects.


  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.


  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost controls, contracts, and risk management.


  • Proven experience managing EPC project execution, procurement strategies, and owner, client, contractor, and consultant relationships throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Knowledge of permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental requirements, and contract administration.


  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.


  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
