About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Social, this role leads social strategy and execution for 4-6 clients. You are responsible for setting the strategic direction, defining the content approach, and ensuring each brand shows up with clarity and intent across platforms. The role requires strong strategic thinking paired with precise, day-to-day execution, working closely with PR, Content, Events, Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver a unified go-to-market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned to each client's positioning, audience, and objectives.

  • Write clear, concise, and context-aware social content across formats and tones - announcements, threads, explainers, news reactions, and technical content.

  • Maintain an active understanding of the crypto and emerging tech landscape, tracking narratives, shifts, competitors, and opportunities.

  • Own daily social operations: scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence.

  • Collaborate with PR, Content, and Growth teams to ensure social is aligned with larger campaigns and product timelines.
