Overview

WEB/SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER (MIELS):

 

Bowhead is seeking Web/SharePoint Developers to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
  • Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.

  • Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
  • Experience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.
  • Preferred: Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Preferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Physical Demands:

 

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
