• Ownership and AI MindsetThis is not a support role - it is an ownership role. We are looking for someone who treats the website and the martech stack as their product: setting the roadmap, making the trade-offs, driving outcomes, and holding the line on quality and data integrity. If you thrive when you have full accountability over a system that directly impacts revenue, this role is for you.
At Kaleris, we view AI as a useful co-pilot, not a replacement for craft. We expect our Web & Marketing Technology Manager to actively experiment with and incorporate AI tools into their daily workflow.
