Job Summary
We are seeking a Web Developer / UI Developer with strong front-end development expertise and experience building, testing, and debugging modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, Stencil.js, Angular, Flutter/Dart, Jest, Playwright, Git/GitHub, and RESTful APIs. Candidates should be comfortable debugging unfamiliar codebases, leveraging AI-assisted development tools while critically evaluating their output, and clearly articulating their technical reasoning throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities
• Debug and analyze unfamiliar codebases without AI tools during the initial assessment phase.
• Implement features using AI-assisted development tools and explain and defend the resulting implementation.
• Articulate technical reasoning and problem-solving approaches throughout development activities.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using TypeScript, Stencil.js, Angular, and Flutter/Dart.
• Build reusable Web Components using Stencil.js, including component lifecycle and Shadow DOM functionality.
• Develop Angular applications using component architecture, RxJS, and NgRx or similar state management solutions.
• Develop Flutter applications using widgets, state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc, platform channels, and Material Design.
• Develop and maintain unit tests using Jest, including mocking and code coverage.
• Implement test-driven development practices where applicable.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end tests and test automation using Playwright.
• Use Git and GitHub for source control, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using asynchronous programming, error handling, and HTTP fundamentals.
• Diagnose rendering performance issues, memory leaks, layout problems, and application lifecycle defects.
• Use mobile debugging and profiling tools to identify and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Evaluate AI-generated code critically and ensure implementations meet technical, quality, and maintainability standards.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong TypeScript experience, including strong typing, interfaces, and generics.
• Hands-on experience with Stencil.js, including Web Components, component lifecycle, and Shadow DOM.
• Experience with Angular, including component architecture, RxJS, and NgRx or similar state management.
• Experience with Flutter/Dart, including widgets, state management, platform channels, and Material Design.
• Experience with Jest for unit testing, TDD, mocking, and code coverage.
• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing and test automation.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, async/await, error handling, and HTTP fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Flutter DevTools, Dart DevTools, Xcode Instruments, and Android Studio Profiler.
• Experience diagnosing rendering jank, memory leaks, layout issues, and lifecycle bugs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated output.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with hybrid mobile development.
• Experience with micro-frontends architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, or similar crash reporting tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
