The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Weapon Certification Engineer (NH-0801-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Arlington, VA.

Qualifications/Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Weapon Certification Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive weapon certification processes for the F-35 Joint Program Office. This role is critical to ensuring the certification of all weapons capabilities on all three variants of the F-35.

U.S. Citizenship

Obtain maintain a Secret security clearance, SAR Eligible

This may be a designated Drug Testing Position

This position requires travel (up to one week per month)

At least 4 years of engineering experience in avionics integration or weapon integration

Bachelor's degree in an applicable science/engineering discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution
