CW Advisors has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 - 3 days weekly in the office. Applicants located must be willing to work this schedule.

CW Advisors & Osaic are not considering remote candidates at this time.

Role Type:      Full time

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary:

The Wealth Manager at CW Advisors primary goal is to serve as a strategic advisor and fiduciary partner to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and families. This role is tailor‑made for established advisors with significant books of business and a demonstrated ability to grow, lead, and guide clients through complex wealth considerations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as strategic advisor and fiduciary partner to ultra-high-net-worth clients and families.
  • Leads complex wealth management engagements, often involving multi-generational estate planning and family governance.
  • Drives new business development through personal networks, strategic alliances, and firm resources.
  • Mentors and oversees junior advisors, contributing to the firm’s talent development and succession planning.
  • Provides leadership on firm-wide initiatives including investment committee participation, thought leadership, and client experience innovation.
  • Demonstrates expert-level capability in estate planning, concentrated wealth management, private and public investments, tax mitigation, and charitable planning.
  • Applies advanced understanding of client psychology, family dynamics, or specialized planning disciplines.
  • Guides clients through liquidity events, generational transitions, and philanthropic strategies.
  • Models strong cultural alignment with fiduciary advice, collaborative work style, and high client service standards.
  • Demonstrates leadership within the firm.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Basic Requirements:

  • Typically, more than 10 years of experience in private wealth management.
  • CFP, CPA, CFA, JD, or MST highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and provide expert-level planning guidance.
  • Strong business development capability with a proven record of cultivating UHNW relationships.
  • Advanced technical expertise across planning and investment domains.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and perform effectively within a team environment.
