Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type:        Full-time

Salary:            $90,000 - $95,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary:

We have an opportunity at Osaic to join a team that specializes in making a real-world impact on financial professionals and their staff. When you are part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technology coaching and consulting our affiliated financial professionals to help them grow their efficiencies to create a high-touch client experience. Team members’ responsibilities include conducting live and virtual educational sessions, facilitating virtual study groups, and providing subject-matter expertise and technology trends to support the on-going content development initiatives. 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships within a designated region to grow the Financial Professionals use of technology solutions to support business growth 
  • Provide consulting to financial professionals on a range of business issues, including technology strategy, CRM (Client Relationship Management) success, digital solutions, AI Tools, client experience solutions, and scalable workflows 
  • Conduct discovery on client needs, issues, and obstacles
  • Formulate recommendations for process improvement
  • Select and deliver appropriate tools and resources to help achieve goals
  • Provide actionable feedback and advice
  • Guide financial professionals through the change management process
  • Leverage assessment tool to display success of consulting results
  • Conduct virtual and in-person coaching and educational sessions for financial professionals and support staff 
  • Facilitate virtual study group meetings.
  • Meet with offices via phone/online seminar to discuss their technology management items  
  • Provide custom demonstrations of offerings to help get offices started integrating technology  
  • Create and deliver peer panel technology symposiums with expert speakers on various business technology solutions 
  • Create and deliver technology presentations and represent the business unit at conferences and branch meetings.
  • Create podcast content and interviews to highlight technology improvements and office impact 
  • Build expert consulting techniques and grow your knowledge across a broad range of business disciplines and evolution of technology solutions 
  • Interface, communicate, and support multiple departments within the organization on technology solution needs. Work collaboratively across business units to provide service and to facilitate cross referrals 
  • Develop and document repeatable strategies to help Financial Professionals better use new digital tools to run their practice more efficiently 
  • Understand and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of metrics to measure milestones and progress 

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services including focus on business coaching/consulting/training 
  • Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflow tools. 
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner 
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills 
  • Aptitude to analyze information and behavior and develop relevant solutions 
  • Ability to plan and implement organizational goals and objectives 
  • Capableness to project a strong customer service focus utilizing empathy, patience, and the desire for positive closure (agreement) 
  • Ability to review and revise processes and procedures 
  • Skill in conducting effective presentations (virtual and in person) and workshops; excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Skill in leveraging software packages (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  
  • All other duties as assigned  

Preferred Requirements:

  • Active FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) registrations preferred - ex: Series 6, 7, 24, and 63/65 (or Series 66). If not current, ability to complete applicable SIE, 6 or 7 within 12 months.
