Job Description

As the Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Head of Wealth Management and Divisional Sales Leadership, you'll work in a fast paced and diverse team focused on supporting and improving the risk, customer service and performance of Operations. This role will directly support the Head of Citizens Securities and, at times, his team, with daily administrative tasks and more medium term initiatives.

The Executive Assistant role will include both repeatable and ad hoc requests. The role will require confidentiality and discretion. The role will require incumbent to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Role holder will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and operational duties that support the team including but not limited to coordinating meetings and agendas, taking and publishing minutes, compiling and editing key documents for meetings, maintaining calendars and PTO, and maintaining Shared Drives, Sharepoint and other shared data sources and documents. Will perform on-going maintenance to various data bases and generate reports. Will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and composing key correspondence, team communications and reports, travel arrangements and expenses, payment requests and management of team supplies.

Hours & Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $34-$48 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
