This position is contingent upon award.Position OverviewWe are seeking a WAVE Technical Systems Manager (TSM) to administer, maintain, and support the Motorola WAVE platform, ensuring system availability, interoperability, and operational readiness in support of the Primary/DSR Core.
Duties and Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and support the Motorola WAVE platform, ensuring system availability and interoperability
- Support Primary/DSR Core operations from the Orlando facility
- Troubleshoot WAVE connectivity and interoperability issues across LMR, LTE, and satellite-based communications pathways
- Coordinate WAVE-related system updates and configuration changes with the DHS Cloud Team and TACCOM engineering staff
- Support testing, deployment, and operational readiness reviews for WAVE-based interoperability solutions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering the Motorola WAVE platform or comparable push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) interoperability systems
- Experience supporting 24/7/365 mission-critical communications core operations
- Working knowledge of LMR, LTE, and satellite-based tactical communications integration
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience

Salary Description
$89,000 - $137,100 per year
