Tetra Tech is seeking a Mid-Level Water Supply Engineer for its Austin, TX team. The engineer will support the
company's growing commercial water business and lead small teams. Responsibilities include working with clients
to identify needs, develop scopes and budgets, and execute projects; leading client progress meetings; leading
single- and multidisciplinary engineering and design teams; reviewing deliverables and performing
quality-control reviews; monitoring project budgets and schedules; overseeing permit applications related to
water-supply projects; meeting with regulatory agencies; coordinating with vendors, equipment suppliers,
contractors, and subcontractors; reviewing bid packages and making award recommendations; writing proposals and
work orders; and traveling to client project sites and offices less than 30%. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in
Civil or Environmental Engineering; active PE license; 10+ years of experience planning, designing, and managing
water projects; knowledge of environmental and water laws and regulations; experience with Texas Regional Water
Planning or similar state planning activities; and experience coordinating meetings, delivering presentations,
and preparing written reports. Full-time role based in Austin, TX, reporting to a manager in Austin/Houston.
