Full Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Engineer to join #TeamBergmann as a Water Resource Project Manager for our Infrastructure team!

What You'll Be Doing: The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Project Managers manage resources, schedules, financials, management issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer and has 10+ years experience with flood risk management, ecosystem restoration, and waterfront facility design and/or rehabilitation projects. We are also looking for experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental engineering. USACE, NEPA, Civil Works, and permitting experience is highly preferred. A bachelors degree in environmental and/or water resources engineering is required, but a Masters degree is preferred.

This position has growth potential for a National Practice Leader Position in the future!

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget, and quality
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work
  • Ability to work remotely with team members in other offices
  • Familiarity with construction engineering services and/or alternative delivery procurement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Business Development experience
  • Mentoring & Coaching Experience

Our Water Resources Project Managers also:
  • Ensure the success of the projects under his/her management
  • Handle all aspects for a project
  • Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Bergmann
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure that project is delivered with budget, fulfills customer expectations, maintains profitability, and/or aligns with the company strategic objectives.
