Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Project Delivery: Lead a production team in project execution, providing resource management and solutions to complex technical challenges. Coach, train, and mentor design professionals to foster growth and teamwork.
