This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Atlantic Fields, set outside of Hobe Sound, FL

Atlantic Fields is seeking a Warranty Manager to join the Development & Construction Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all deliveries, service repairs with contractors, vendors and possibly with members.
• Maintain, ensure, inspect, and follow up completion of all service repairs.
• Hold contractors accountable for results.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and possibly members on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantable.
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines, finances, quality assurance in regards to project and service items.
• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years work experience in related field, preferably in luxury residential and/or commercial construction.
• Able to work with different departments and answer the call to our member's high expectations.
• Have exceptional listening and communications skills.
• Follow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding service.
• Have excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills.
• Experience working in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Ability to listen and respond to specific requests as directed by stakeholders.
• Ability to provide ongoing training in one-on-one sessions and small groups.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on multiple levels in written and verbal form.
• Must be familiar with phases of horizontal construction, specifically residential.
• Must be familiar with CSI cost-code divisions.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project and, Visio.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
