Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
• Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management; experience in the beverage/alcohol industry preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for report creation and analysis
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Experience with PBI or similar reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage recurring processes independently
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with teams and partners

Responsibilities

• Maintain SKU master data and manage new SKU setups across the US and Canada
• Process SAP transactions and manage inventory movements, returns, and warehouse adjustments
• Support purchase order creation, invoice postings, and procurement administrative tasks
• Track incoming shipments and communicate updates on delays or exceptions
• Manage customs processes, including annual duty reconciliations and refund tracking
• Complete monthly inventory reconciliations for third-party and internal stock
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting dashboards to facilitate decision-making
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and supply teams to resolve operational issues
