About this role:
The Warehouse Supervisor leads the daily operation of the warehouse, managing a team responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping support. This role owns inventory accuracy, safe operations and on-time material availability for production, while developing the warehouse team across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping support.
- Leads, schedules, trains and manages the performance of warehouse team members.
- Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and ERP/WMS transaction discipline.
- Ensures on-time material availability to support the production plan.
- Maintains organized, safe and 5S-compliant storage and staging areas.
- Ensures safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment (OSHA, PIT).
- Drives warehouse productivity, space utilization and process improvements.
- Resolves material discrepancies, damages and flow issues, escalating as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of warehouse, inventory or materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years leading, supervising or managing a warehouse or material-handling team.
- 3+ years of ERP/WMS transactions, inventory control and cycle counting.
- 3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift) and 5S discipline.
- Availability to support a multi-shift operation, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
- Forklift/PIT certification or trainer certification
- Knowledge of Lean warehousing (kanban, FIFO, milk-run).
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution.
- Proven ability to sustain inventory accuracy and on-time material availability.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other Compensation
Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
