Warehouse Revenue Manager-Ashville, Ohio
The Finance Manager oversees all financial planning, analysis, cost control, customer billing, and operational reporting for a high-volume warehouse. This role partners directly with the General Manager and Controller to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager ensures accurate financials, supports labor and productivity planning, and provides insights that improve cost-to-serve and overall warehouse performance.
How you create impact
• Lead Financial Planning & Performance Management - Develop annual budgets, weekly forecasts, operational financial models, and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
• Manage Customer Billing & Financial Controls - Oversee accurate customer billing, resolve billing disputes, maintain inventory and cost accounting, and ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and company financial policies.
• Drive Operational Cost & Productivity Optimization - Monitor labor, transportation, inventory, and facility costs; ensure timely PO management and receipting; analyze productivity, labor utilization, and operational variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Operations to Improve Business Performance - Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the General Manager and operations leaders by providing financial analysis, business insights, ROI modeling for capital investments, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee Vendor, Capital & Investment Management - Evaluate vendor and contract spend, manage capital expenditure approvals and investment applications, and ensure financial governance for equipment, automation, and facility improvement projects
What we would like you to bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Supply Chain.
• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor models, and cost drivers.
• Ability to influence non financial leaders and communicate complex data clearly.
• In depth understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the business;
• Very strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Navigate Pivot tables, advanced excel formulas, etc.
