Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and assembly operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and build a strong team to meet our growing needs.

  • People-management skills

  • Knowledge of best practices for safety, quality and efficiency


As our Warehouse Manager, you will build and guide a growing team, drive quality and continuous improvement, and lead the safety and efficiency of the production of water and wastewater equipment that make a measurable difference in the world.

What you'll be doing:

Warehouse Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, light fabrication, assembly, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse operators and technicians with clear expectations, training, and accountability.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse that supports company-wide operations and logistics.
  • Manage production schedules to ensure products and materials are completed and shipped on time.


Inventory & Supply Chain Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement control systems to minimize errors and waste.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth material flow through the supply chain.
  • Support procurement and vendor relationships to optimize costs and production timelines.


Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Ensure all products meet quality control and testing standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce waste.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations (required)
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience (required)
  • Proven track record in production, shipping/receiving, and/or supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and process improvement
  • Proficiency with computers including: MS Word, Excel, and ERP/order tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain


This is an onsite role based in Centennial, CO

Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Travel 10-15%
  • Willingness to travel to vendor sites, conferences, and industry events as needed (Estimated travel at 10-15%).
  • Valid driver's license with ability to drive a vehicle.


What We Offer

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary of $100,000 -$115,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, generous bonus program and excellent vacation and holiday package.
