  • Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, audits, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Hire, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse employees to build an effective team.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, EHS, and company safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment and material flow.

Job Purpose:

Lead warehouse operations to ensure the safe,accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products in support of customer requirements and businessobjectives. Responsible for driving operational excellence through leadership, workforce development, inventory accuracy, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities*:

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping activities across all shifts.

  • Establish daily operational priorities and deploy resources to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer serviceobjectives.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions for improved performance.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Hire, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse employees.

  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, and company safety requirements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support fulfillment and material flow.

  • Manage laborutilization, staffing plans, and productivityobjectives.

  • Oversee warehouse systems, SAP/WMS processes, and operational technologies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution,logistics, or supply chain experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
