You'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the organization.

This role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning. You'll oversee inventory control, cycle counting programs, warehouse processes, reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team responsible for keeping operations running smoothly every day. This role offers visibility across the organization and exposure to a variety of supply chain functions. It's an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and helping shape the future of warehouse operations.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
  • Do you enjoy leading teams that deliver operational excellence every day? Guide warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and cycle count operations while developing a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous improvement. Success in this role comes from building strong teams, coaching future leaders, and creating an environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
  • Can you create confidence in inventory accuracy across the business? Ensure inventory processes, transactions, and controls support accurate material visibility from receipt through consumption and intercompany transfers. You'll lead efforts to maintain inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies, support audit readiness, and provide the operational discipline needed to support manufacturing and financial objectives.
  • Do you use data and problem-solving to drive better business results? Leverage reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics to find opportunities, address root causes, and improve warehouse performance. You'll play a key role in helping the organization achieve goals related to inventory accuracy, productivity, material availability, cost control, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Are you passionate about creating a safety-first culture? Lead warehouse safety and compliance efforts by ensuring training, certifications, and processes remain current and effective. You'll help maintain a workplace where safety is the top priority while supporting regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and a zero-incident approach.
  • Can you help prepare an already strong operation for the future? Partner with teams across the organization to support process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational standards. From standardizing warehouse procedures to supporting future automation initiatives, you'll help position the organization for continued growth and long-term success.
