Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $74,300.00 - $123,800.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

You will oversee our Inbound (receiving and put-away) operations team in a high volume, order fulfillment, multi shift distribution center. You will oversee up to 2 salaried supervisors and provide indirect leadership to a large non-exempt up to 35 employees. You will manage a function to ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes resulting in products provided to customers on time and operating costs and process efficiencies are met. Manage processes to ensure compliance with procedures, identify process improvements, and promote employee programs to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged and empowered.

You Will
  • Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial, and other important data to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower than expected performance and communicate issues to leadership team
  • Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables (e.g. action items, process improvements) are completed by the commitment date
  • Create a dynamic workplace that effects positive employee relationships by developing employee engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, with respect, and have the tools necessary to perform their jobs
  • Commit to employee feedback and development process for salaried supervisors this may include interviewing and training, assign and direct work, supporting development goals, provide feedback, complete performance evaluations, and recognition and disciplinary action
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the use LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools and programs and implement solutions to improve results and operations excellence
  • Emphasize training and implement audit systems to eliminate process variation or discrepancies and to ensure compliance with Company, and other governmental agencies (e.g. OSHA, DOT, and EPA)
